We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@trenluxwear.store with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know in your return request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, worn items, and items without original tags cannot be returned.
